Come join us for our Annual Spring Fundraising event!

This festival originated years ago by the Women’s group of our church to help raise money for the many mission areas we support throughout the year! We serve many missions locally, nationally & internationally! Over the years our event has evolved with the times, but continues with the same purpose: reaching out into the community and showing them they are loved and supported all while raising money for our missions! So invite all your friends and clientele to join us that day to not only support us, but many other local businesses alike!

This is a RAIN OR SHINE event so if you select an outdoor space, please plan accordingly!

Fees & Details

  • All spaces are first come, first serve only.

  • All spaces are $25 each

    • Indoor spaces are smaller; can only fit a max of 2 6ft. tables

    • Outdoor spaces are a 10x10 space (you may purchase multiple spaces to suit your business)

  • Fees are nonrefundable unless we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • We apologize, but at this time, we DO NOT have any tables to provide vendors. Please bring your own!

  • If you choose an outdoor space, we STRONGLY encourage you to bring a tent and anything else you may need to make yourself comfortable! If you are in need of electricity, please reach out to us for more details- electricity is very limited.

  • We do require each vendor to make a monetary or tangible donation to our silent auction with a minimum retail value of $25. The proceeds from our silent auction support our church Diaper Drive that we hold a few times a year! If you would like more info, please reach out to us!

    • All silent auction donations must be turned in (with a few case by case exceptions) by Sunday May 11th, 2025. If you have not turned in your donation or spoken with us about it, you will be sent an invoice of $25 in lieu of your donation which must be paid within 2 weeks of that invoice date.

    • If neither your donation or invoice has been paid by Saturday May 24th, you forfeit the space that has been reserved for you & we will move to the next person on our waitlist. If you are still interested in vending after this, you are welcome to reapply for a space and we will add you to our waitlist!
